A public hearing to receive comments on the Virginia Community Mental Health Services Performance Partnership Block Grant Application for Federal Fiscal Year 2007. Copies of the application are available for review at the Office of Mental Health Services, 10th Floor, Thomas Jefferson Building and at each community services board office. Comments may be made at the hearing or in writing by no later than August 22, 2006 to the Office of the Commissioner, Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services, P.O. Box 1797, Richmond, VA 23218. Any person wishing to make a presentation at the hearing should contact Jo-Amrah McElroy 804.786-2316. Copies of oral presentations should be filed at the time of the hearing.
