This Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Statement addresses the collection, use, security and access of/to personal information that may be collected and maintained through use of Internet web sites owned and operated by the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services (DMHMRSAS) or any of the hospitals and training centers operated thereby.
